Denise works nonstop and often late into the night to find the home for you. She is very quick to respond, and in the fast market, she is able to get quick show times and competitive offers. When selling my home, she provided staging, photography, and other simple but effective tips to make your house look the best. When choosing an offer, she lays everything out plainly so that you can see the pros and cons of each offer and approximate cost once all fees are added up. We will definitely be going to Denise when the time comes for our next home!
